On arrival, step by step

Arrive at Kuala Besut Jetty and look for Terminal Pelancongan Besut — enter through the main gate.

Go straight in, then look to your left: you will see the Save Park Holiday Office.

Enter the office, show your e-ticket, complete your registration and collect all your coupons.

Follow the instructions from the Save Park Holiday staff — they will show you how to board your boat and access all services.
